Criatura do Pântano:
The Black IPA Criatura do Pântano is a beer produced in partnership between Bastards and Swamp breweries, and the idea of this beer comes from the tradition of Swamp in working with well-lupulated beers, like Hop Bite, and Bastards’ experience with dark beers, which comes from Mark The Shadow, made in partnership with a homemade brewer and awarded at the Festival of Blumenau and Black Pearl, an Imperial Russian stout also made collaboratively with Ignoru’s brewery.
Although it is a beer with plenty of roasted malt, the malts appear mainly in the colouring with few notes of roasted and coffee in its aroma and flavor, giving plenty of space for the aromas of citric hops to come out.
